Stateless Streamable HTTP, using the official MCP SDK. Connected clients use Sites-managed authentication. The available data is public; no private permissions are added.

search_publications: Find relevant publications and Atlas lessons.
get_publication: Retrieve a complete piece or named section, following pagination where needed.
get_research_artifacts: Find manuscripts, publication records, repositories, licensing, and evidence limits.
get_capabilities: Inspect supported uses and engagement routes.

Public knowledge only. Research findings and validation are not permission to act. This interface does not submit messages, access admin data or private inputs, execute products, issue certificates, or authorize commitments.

Unknown artifact versions and licenses are explicitly marked as unknown. Indexing dates are distinct from publication dates. Access grants no additional rights beyond the site terms and each artifact’s license.

Results are bounded. Respect nextOffset, HTTP 429, and Retry-After. See the OpenAPI specification for parameter limits.
