About

# Research, technology, and execution—brought together.

semiAIfoundryTM is a founder-led research and technology development platform applying advanced AI to frontier scientific and technological challenges.

## Why we exist

Important scientific and technological ideas often fail to cross the distance from possibility to useful outcome. Progress can stall when expertise is scarce, tools and institutions are fragmented, evidence is disconnected, and paths to adoption are unclear.

semiAIfoundryTM brings frontier research, technology development, and execution into one platform. We use advanced AI to extend expert capability, accelerate rigorous discovery, and carry promising work toward outcomes that can be tested, trusted, and applied.

Founder & CEO

## Fitih “Fitz” Cinnor, Ph.D., MBA

Dr. Cinnor is a technology builder, operator, and global business leader whose record spans original research and invention, industrial scale-up, and commercial value creation. Over more than two decades, he has advanced complex technologies from research into high-volume manufacturing, led global businesses and portfolios with hundreds of millions of dollars in P&L responsibility, and founded companies. He brings scientific depth, operating judgment, and commercial leadership to the decisions that determine what gets built, how it scales, and where it creates lasting value.

- Intel. Contributed innovations across multiple advanced semiconductor technology nodes and led process and equipment platforms from research into high-volume manufacturing. His responsibilities expanded through roles as staff engineer, group leader, and engineering manager, spanning technology development, engineering leadership, and manufacturing scale-up.

- 3M. Led global businesses and product portfolios with P&L responsibility spanning hundreds of millions of dollars, encompassing business building, growth acceleration, operating performance, and ecosystem partnerships. His leadership scope expanded through roles as global product manager, global portfolio manager, senior manager for global portfolio, and global portfolio director.

- Previously served as co-founder and president of EasyManage Health, focused on AI-driven solutions for care delivery operations management, and founded Tilt Angle, a technology and innovation consultancy.

- His **technical record** spans innovations across multiple advanced technologies and platforms, more than 40 journal publications, presentations at leading conferences, and patents and other intellectual property. He has led global projects, driven technology roadmap advances, and built ecosystem partnerships across programs involving millions of dollars in capital expenditure and advanced technology development investment. His current research interests include applying advanced AI tools to frontier scientific and technological challenges.

This experience shaped Dr. Cinnor's conviction that lasting technology value depends on bringing scientific advances, engineering systems, and commercial execution together. It also revealed how unevenly technical capability and operating capacity are distributed across institutions, ecosystems, and borders. Even where deep expertise exists, fragmented workflows, incompatible systems, limited interoperability, lost context at handoffs, uneven infrastructure, and institutional constraints can prevent capability from becoming a reliable outcome.

Advances in AI and agentic orchestration create a new opportunity to reduce these barriers—not by assuming expertise is universally available or replacing domain professionals, but by extending scarce capability, connecting fragmented work, coordinating decisions and handoffs, and carrying context, evidence, and accountability across organizational boundaries. That opportunity led Dr. Cinnor to found semiAIfoundryTM as a research and technology development platform. The company pursues frontier questions, develops domain-specific technologies, and builds execution systems around the standards, evidence requirements, and acceptance conditions that determine whether work becomes useful in the real world.

Dr. Cinnor holds a Ph.D. in Materials Science & Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and an MBA from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.

How we work

## Domain depth, rigorous inquiry, disciplined execution.

### 01 / Start with the challenge

We begin with a consequential scientific, technological, or operational question—not a generic AI use case.

### 02 / Make evidence operational

Methods, context, standards, and decision history stay connected so claims can be challenged and trusted.

### 03 / Extend expert capacity

Advanced AI carries rigorous inquiry farther while accountability remains with people and institutions.

### 04 / Design for impact

Validation, integration, and the path to real-world use shape the work from the beginning.
